Task 1 Lo3
A camera lens is an optical device that is used in conjunction with a camera body to capture photographic images. The lens works by focusing light onto the camera's image sensor or film, and can be adjusted to control the image's focus, depth of field, perspective, and other characteristics.
There are many different types of camera lenses, each with
its own unique set of features and characteristics.
Prime
lenses: These lenses have a fixed focal length and cannot be zoomed in or out.
They are often smaller and lighter than zoom lenses and can offer better image
quality, wider apertures, and shallower depth of field.
Zoom
lenses: These lenses have a variable focal length and can be zoomed in or out
to change the magnification and field of view. They are often more versatile
than prime lenses but may sacrifice some image quality, wider apertures, and
shallow depth of field.
Wide-angle
lenses: These lenses have a shorter focal length and can capture a wider field
of view than normal or telephoto lenses. They are often used for landscape,
architectural, and interior photography.
Telephoto
lenses: These lenses have a longer focal length and can magnify distant
objects, making them appear closer. They are often used for wildlife, sports,
and portrait photography.
Macro
lenses: These lenses are designed for close-up photography and can capture
extremely fine details of small objects, such as insects, flowers, and jewelry.
For my task 1 I chosed iPhone 11. Wide camera 26mm f number 1.8.The iso was 200 35mm 0ev f 1.8 and shutter speed 1/50s.The image is taken in a bright light. The portrait is saturated. The angle of the photo is 180 degrees. I am the character in the photo. The editing software that I used was photoshop cs6 and other than that I edited it in my phone. The color tone is dark as in its bright. Also there is no photo manipulation.
